It is free to attend the expo portion of the event, which includes visiting exhibiting suppliers in the expo hall, and a variety of free activities. Though you must register for an Expo Pass, either online (recommended) or at the event. If you’d like to attend the educational conference, there is an additional fee.

Yes. We start a new database for every show, every year. You must re-register for every show you plan to attend. We do not "carry over" registrations from show to show or year to year.

Badges are not mailed prior to the show. Bring your registration confirmation email to the event, printed or on your phone, to receive your badge. If you lose your confirmation email, we will be able to look up your registration onsite, but you will not be able to take advantage of the Express Registration line.

Yes, you can view/update your registration information by returning to the registration website and logging in.

After registering online, an email confirmation should be received within 24 hours.

Bring your printed confirmation to any Express Registration desk and get your badge printed instantly.

No. A replacement badge can be printed at the Pre-Registered desk in the Registration area with proper identification free of charge.

A correction on the badge can be made at the show. Please go to the Pre-Registered desk in the Registration area on-site, where corrections can be made and one will be printed for you. There is no charge to have your badge corrected and reprinted.

If you have misplaced your password, or have not yet created a password, click on “Forgot Password?” to receive a reset email with instructions. The email address belongs to the logistics contact on file.

If you do not pre-register you will have to pay the higher on-site rates. Also, you run the risk of the session you are interested in being sold out.

The early bird fee is designated as an incentive for people to register for the conferences early. The benefit of signing up early as a conference registrant, in addition to paying a substantially reduced price, is that you guarantee your spot in your desired session.

Yes, subject to $150 cancellation fee if you cancel by August 24, 2016 by written request to Tshowreg@ubm.com. No cancellations will be granted after August 24, 2016. Substitutions can be made at any time. No registration credits may be transferred to other shows. No refunds will be given after August 24, 2016.

Prior to the show opening you must email Tshowreg@ubm.com to notify us of the change. Or, the replacement person may come to the Pre-Registered desk in the Registration area at the show and have a badge produced. There is a $50 fee for transferring your registration to another person.

The exhibitor list is posted on each show website. We suggest you bookmark our show website and return to it often during the weeks leading up to the show dates. The information on the web site is constantly updated and reflects new exhibiting companies that have joined our expo.

If you register for one of our shows, you will be added to the mailing list for that particular event and will receive information regarding next year's show as it becomes available. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for our other events, complete the online registration inquiry form for that event. Find the complete list of all events at www.UBMCanonEvents.com. To be removed from our mailing list, please email ubmcanonunsubscribe@ubm.com and specify show(s) from which you would like to be removed.

Free food and beverages will not be available at the show. You may purchase refreshments and luncheon items at the facility concession stands. (Coffee breaks are included in conference registrations only.)

Requests for a visa invitation letter are available during the registration process.

For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at the show. There are no childcare services available on-site. Only utility animals for the physically challenged are permitted. Please contact us at 310-445-4200 if you are handicapped and require special assistance in order to attend our event.
