Make the Right Connections Fast With Attendee-to-Exhibitor Matchmaking

New for 2017, attendee-to-exhibitor matchmaking gives you the chance to meet with up to 10 potential business partners — all matched to meet your industry needs. You can register now, but to make your matchmaking experience as easy as it is effective, we've put together some FAQs to help you get started.

What's the difference between attendee-to-exhibitor matchmaking and speed networking?

Attendee-to-exhibitor matchmaking provides business-focused, one-on-one meetings during which attendees and exhibitors are matched according to areas of interest and products/services offered.

Speed networking sessions involve a series of fast and informal conversations focused on one industry theme.

How Do I Sign Up?

When you register online for the expo or conference, you'll be asked if you'd like to take part in attendee-to-exhibitor matchmaking. If you select yes, a matchmaking sign-up link will be sent to your registered email account.

This link will take you to a dedicated matchmaking website. If you're an attendee, you'll select your areas of interest, and if you're an exhibitor, you'll specify your products and services. These selections will then be used to match attendees and exhibitors. You will receive your meeting schedule by email approximately one week before the show.

What Do I Do When I Get to the Event?

Please aim to meet at the Matchmaking Zone (booth 752) at least 15 minutes before the session begins. You'll be given a hard copy of your meeting schedule, including any updates, upon arrival.

Following a 15-minute introduction, you'll take part in a series of five-minute meetings with time built in to move to the next matchmaking partner.

Who Can Take Part?

Exhibitors, attendees, and conference delegates can all take part.* Please note: Seats are limited, so make sure to reserve yours soon.

*This event connects buyers and sellers. Attendees with sales/marketing job titles do not have access to this event.

What if I Need to Cancel?

If you need to cancel, please send an email to events@speednetworking.com with the subject line "Minneapolis cancellation". If you don't plan on attending, please be sure to cancel, or participants will be left without matches.
